TraINErS-Final Dissemination Event
The Trainers project has proven to be an exciting journey through developing competencies on an international and intercultural level. Not only was there the scientific challenge, but Corona also played an important role for us during a major part of the project.
During this upcoming final event, we would like to take you on the journey of this project to develop a profile for an INE (Intercultural Nursing Educator) and to develop and shape a corresponding digital training program and platform. The goal was to give each program the opportunity to enable its own teachers to upskill and develop in the intercultural teaching of nursing students so that they could complete a successful international internship and start their career empowered with more cultural competence.
