During the final event, we were very happy to give the floor to dr. M. J Bennett.
Dr. Milton J. Bennett is the executive director of the Intercultural Development Research Institute (IDRInstitute), co-located in Washington State, USA and Milan, Italy, a non-profit organization that sponsors constructivist research, seminars, and consulting in intercultural communication. Previously he was a tenured associate professor at Portland State University and a co-founder and director of the Intercultural Communication Institute in Portland, Oregon, which from 1986-2018 conducted the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication.
He currently is an adjunct professor of intercultural communication in the department of sociology, University of Milano Bicocca in Italy.
Dr. Bennett creates and conducts programs for corporations, universities, and other organizations in the U.S., Asia, and Europe on topics of global leadership and the development of intercultural sensitivity.
